TICKET.ID

Contacts made simple, confidential, and targeted!

What is ticketID?

TicketID is a new way to connect with your contacts, replacing the traditional invite. It ensures anonymity, protects privacy, and eliminates annoying and unwanted advertisements.

Imagine ticketID as a phone number, but:

You can have multiple numbers for different uses, such as:

Other Security Safeguards

The ticket number is not something that can be randomly discovered; it is a combination generated by an algorithm. The ticket number has an expiration date, a limited number of activations, and is for use by only one individual. You can revoke it whenever you wish, even before the expiration date, without affecting those who have already used it.

You can think of the ticket number as something we can share publicly, similar to how we once shared our regular phone numbers. However, if we start receiving unwanted calls from telemarketers, we can block them and issue a new number. The best part is, we don’t need to worry about informing our existing contacts of the change. We simply continue our conversations as if nothing has changed with our number.
You can have a different ticket number for close family members or trusted collaborators. This allows you to maintain separate channels for personal and professional communication, ensuring better privacy and security for each group.
A ticket number can be issued and given to a specific individual, ensuring that only they have access to the designated communication channel. This enhances privacy and control, as the number is unique and tied directly to that person.

There are 3 types of ticketID

Zukka was designed with a primary focus on privacy protection. We named it this way because it closely resembles an entry ticket for a third party into our personal life.

1. Private

It is unique to a specific user and may be valid for a limited period or for a restricted number of activations on devices.

2. Group

It can be used by a specific number of users (a group) and may be valid for a limited period or for a restricted number of activations on devices.

All tickets can be revoked or replaced with a new one. It’s like changing our phone number, but our previous contacts are not affected.

Anonymity:

Unlike the invitation, where we already know the phone number in advance and the contact is already a user of the app, the ticketID ensures anonymity as it does not require us to know personal information to communicate with someone.
